Our Return Policy

We are sad we didn’t meet your expectations so you have to return an item back to us. 

So we promise to make it as easy and hassle free as possible

We promise to do better next time. 

Our return is provided by us or the vendor to you.  We facilitate the pickup and refund, replacement or exchange where applicable. All products under a particular category may not have same policy. Different vendors have different return policies so unless specified on the product page, the policy here is adopted but in a situation a vendor has a policy on the product page, that policy overrides the policy specified here. 

Our policy is divided into three segments. Please read carefully to understand the conditions under which returns will be processed. 

You are entitled to return all eligible item(s) within 4 days of receiving the order.

Package the item(s) in same package it came with and all the accessories. 

Return the order to us using your own delivery details or schedule a pick up with us and we will come and pick up. 

We will Process your refund within days if everything checks out with the return.

Segment 2 - Processing Returns and Pickup when Available

We will always try to come to your delivery address for return pick up or you will be required to bring it to one of our designated return points. In na situation whereby you have changed Address, we will schedule the pick up on the new address all based on availability. 

At the point of point of picking up your returns, we will be checking for these conditions and requirements.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, adapters, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Correct Product

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel, covers etc) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

Please ensure your return does not fail any of the listed condition s. Your return will not be processed if any of the conditions listed is faulted. the refund, exchange or replacement can only be initiated when we or the vendor has the product physically and certified ok based on the above list. 

Segment 3 - General Established Rules For A Successful Return.

  1. In cases where we or our vendors is unable to process a replacement or exchange, a refund will be initiated.
  2. For cash on delivery orders or open box order, orders can be returned at the point of delivery to the courier service personal and refund, replacement or exchange will be initiated.
  3. For Returns, Customer will contact us on 09084777200 or on customerhelp@mrdiystore.com to schedule a return within the stipulated days above.
  4. We will arrange a pickup with you and our pickup will attempt to pick up the item from the delivered address twice.
  5. You can also mail inn this order to us or drop off at any of our designated drop off centre.
